Leadership Requires Operational Excellence
COMING SOON!
Managing a team member’s performance is challenging. How can you be the best boss if you can’t evaluate the team? Without a definition of success, how do you know how they are doing? You struggle with issues like bad team behavior, lack of customer focus, or no or little improvement.
Is the team member to blame? Maybe it is the system. If it is the system, then maybe the system owner (e.g., you) is to blame. Are you working “in” the business or “on” the business?
If you are not working “on” the business, this course is for you. You will learn the key insights and principles for what it takes to be operationally excellent (based on the Shingo model.) We will also review the key elements of work systems that don’t suck. Become a system thinker.
